We currently operate a network of Relationship Managers who are located in offices throughout the UK. You can either call into your local office to discuss your affairs or your Relationship Manager will visit at a time to suit you.

The combination of our flexible financial products and local decision-making means you can conduct your banking with a minimum of inconvenience. This leaves you with time to concentrate on the things that are most important to you.

When you choose one of our specialist products, you'll automatically have access to our dedicated Telephone Banking Service. This is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and staffed by our most experienced customer service colleagues based in Scotland.

What's more, you'll also have access to our online service. This allows you to view and manage accounts, pay bills, set up and amend standing orders, order cheque books and much more.
