Our banking service is designed to help you with everything from the day-to-day running of your accounts to dealing with all your saving and borrowing needs.

As a Private Banking client, you'll have your very own Relationship Manager. We currently have a network of Relationship Managers in offices throughout the UK. You can either call into your local office to discuss your banking or your Relationship Manager will visit at a time to suit you.

The combination of our flexible financial products and local decision-making means you can do your banking with a minimum of inconvenience. This leaves you with time to concentrate on the things that are most important to you.

When you choose one of our specialist products, you'll automatically have access to our Telephone Banking Service. This is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is staffed by our most experienced customer service staff based in Scotland.

What's more, you'll also have access to our online service. This allows you to view and manage accounts, pay bills, set up and change standing orders, order chequebooks and much more.

Who can join?

Our clients generally earn £100,000 a year or more, or have assets to invest that can easily be converted into cash.
