Register for Bank of Scotland Internet Banking by visiting Bank of Scotland online banking, where you will find further information for new users.

Investment Service clients

For Investment Service Online Services you can start the registration process online. Your User ID will then be sent to you in the post, followed separately by your Password and PIN number. You then simply need to telephone us and answer a few security questions for full access to be granted.

For Bank of Scotland Online Banking you can start the registration process online. You'll receive a username online and in the next 7 days you'll receive your password by post.
